Quality & safety
Prepared sites.Shared requirements.
Prepare access, check qualifications and coordinate work: quality and safety start before the first day on site.
Before day one.
Share site rules, specific hazards, access conditions, required authorisations and protective equipment. Site induction, simultaneous activities and work permits need to be coordinated with the responsible parties before work starts.
Qualifications matched to the assignment.
Specify processes, materials, welding positions, languages and required evidence for each role. Qualification scope and validity must be checked against the assignment. A job title alone does not establish a qualification.
On site: coordinate and report.
Identify safety and quality contacts, inspection points and the reporting process for hazards or non-conformities. Changed working conditions call for renewed coordination with the site, not improvised adjustments.
Protect the work area and its surroundings.
Site rules cover housekeeping, waste separation, handling consumables and collective protective measures. Include these requirements in work-area organisation and handovers between teams.
Current evidence for the right scope.
We identify the qualifications, insurance and authorisations needed before the assignment. Their scope and validity are reviewed against your requirements to prepare the documentation for your site.
