Selecting a welding configuration, preparing trials, supporting operators: equipment alone is not enough. Tell us about your application and the stages where you need support.
Start with the workpiece. Not the machine.
Tube-to-tube, tube-to-elbow or tube-to-tubesheet: geometry, material, wall thickness and joint access guide process selection. Share drawings, quality requirements and production constraints to define the technical brief.
Build a coherent equipment configuration.
Power source, welding head, tube preparation, purging and inspection: we check compatibility and accessories. Buy equipment from the catalogue or choose a rental kit with its team for your project.
Prepare trials and qualification work.
Define test pieces, parameters, acceptance criteria and required records. A development trial is not a formal qualification. If the project requires a WPS, procedure qualification or an independent inspection body, responsibilities and deliverables must be agreed before commissioning the work.
Help operators take ownership.
Assembly, settings, workpiece preparation, checks and routine care: we support equipment familiarisation around operator experience, working language and site conditions. Welding qualifications follow a separate process.
Connect the process to site delivery.
Coordination, welding supervision, technical assistance and extra personnel involve different responsibilities. Agree the scope, contacts, checks and reporting requirements together. Team composition and resource availability require separate confirmation.
